Whether you want to experience Boulder the way it's meant to be seen (via eBike), or you're eBike-curious and are ready to try one out for yourself -- or both -- this is a great way to do it. Rent by the half-day or full-day.

JD's Joyrides eBike Rental pricing:
- 1/2 day (4 hrs): $65
- full day (7 hrs): $90
Our main rental bikes are the Rad City and/or Rad City Step-Thru Commuter Bikes from RadPower Bikes. We also have a RadWagon utility bike (w/kid caboose) available as well. These bikes feature pedal-assist, so whenever you turn the cranks, the bike's going to help you. Whether it's a little or a lot is for you to decide, but you should pretty quickly discover the incredible fun in riding these amazing machines.
- All eBike Rentals include Rad Power Bike, helmet, bottled water and a Boulder bike map.

Cutoff Time for Rental Pickups
We are not a storefront and our location is generally staffed only to meet riders with reservations.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your rental pickup and do not make an effort to contact us, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your rental pickup and do not make an effort to contact us, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.
If you are running late for your rental pickup, please contact us ASAP. We're generally very good at adapting to your needs but we do require advance notice.

•rain/cold weather gear (check the forecast before you come and keep in mind that you'll be traveling at speeds of 15 mph or more and Colorado weather can change quickly. Wind chill is a real thing! We recommend dressing in layers.)

Reservations are confirmed once payment is received.
- A full refund will be issued on cancellations received 48 hours or more before scheduled tour/rental start time.
- A refund less 25% will be issued on cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance of your scheduled reservation.

- No refunds will be issued on reservations canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled starting time.
- If you fail to show up for your reserved tour/rental and do not contact us ahead of time, no refund will be issued.
Weather Policy
Weather conditions can change rapidly in Boulder and safety is our highest priority. If the weather is inclement and not conducive to a safe and pleasant tour, JD's Joyrides will cancel the tour and riders can reschedule for another day or receive a full refund.

- We do NOT have restrooms! We can stop along the way as needed.
- The bikes have racks to which we can attach your pack, jacket, etc. Your guide will also have some (but not unlimited) carrying capacity for extra bags/jackets/gear. If you're not sure, bring it!
